Project objectives:
The overall objective of the program is to prepare statistical authorizations for the use of children for future EU membership, harmonizing the methodology and current practices of the acquis and integrating them into the European Statistical System. Availability and use of statistical data on the use of child use elements for the use and implementation of European policies and their preparations for EU membership; use and strengthen the statistical system in a useful place, thus improving the availability, quality, comparison and timeliness of data.

Main results of the project:
- Support provided for the production of statistics in key selected areas comparable to EU statistics standards, including the publication and dissemination of these statistics.
- Transfer of knowledge related to all EU requirements in the relevant statistical areas (acquis).
- Promoting cooperation between National Institutions and other national institutions involved in the production of official statistics.
- Improving the quality of statistics.
- Harmonization of data collection and production methodologies in key areas selected to follow EU standards and classifications.
- Increasing the qualifications of our institute staff through training and regular contacts with colleagues from the EU and other beneficiary countries.
- Strengthen confidence in national statistics by improving the quality and increasing the dissemination of statistical information.
Transfer of knowledge, experiences and best practices by organizing trainings, participation in Eurostat working groups.
