Project objectives:

The main objective of the project is the alignment of Albanian Statistics with EU standards in order to produce sustainable and accurate economic statistics through:

• Technical assistance in carrying out the economic businesses’ census and building up and maintenance of a statistical business register
• Technical assistance in designing and carrying out the agriculture holdings census.

Project results:

• Improvement of Albanian statistics.
• Conducting of economic enterprises census and building up of business register in line with EU regulations and standards.
• Conducting of agricultural holdings census and building up of a statistical business register according to the EU standards.
