On 05 - 16 October 2020, in the framework of risk management, the IASC Ian Cope mission took place. The mission assessed project management procedures and controls, including planning, monitoring, and risk management systems.

This mission also focused on updating the risk management plan for all phases of the Census of Population and Housing including the management and methodology of the Census, communication, IT components, GIS, logistics and tabulation.
