Students repeaters in secondary vocational education, are not included. Reporting is done in total, for public and private pre-university education intitutions.
Reference to education levels as follows:
Level 1 (Primary education or Low Basic Education)
Level 2 (Low Secondary Education or Higher Basic Education)
Level 3 (High Secondary Education: High School)
