Number of children 14-17 years old sentenced to alternative measures by first degree courts for a criminal offense and misdemeanor, during the year. Alternative measures include: Punishment with a fine; Removal of the rights to exercise a profession or an activity (Article 39); Half-freedom (Article 58); Staying at home (Article 59/a); The obligation to perform a work in the public interest (Article 63); Certain fulfillment; Compulsory treatment - Medical and educational measures (Article 46).
