Children aged 0-17 years at risk of poverty, according to the national at-risk-of-poverty threshold (%)
The risk of being poor (relative poverty) in the 0-17 age group is calculated as a ratio of the number of individuals 0–17 years old, who are below the risk limit of being poor with the total number of individuals 0–17 years old. According to the methodology for measuring poverty, the risk limit for being poor is calculated on the basis of the relative concept (poor in relation to others) and is determined at 60% of the median of available family income equivalent using the modified equivalent scale of the OECD. This is SDG indicator 1.2.1.
